Here is a strand of old glass beads collected in West Africa : old African Trade Beads.
These beads made in Europe in the former Czech Republic were traded in Africa with the East African tribes. These pearls were particularly appreciated by the Fulani people. These glass beads were worn as a necklace mainly at weddings. They are now called "Wedding Beads".
