UK orders will be shipped via 2nd class and should arrive within 2-5 days. Special Delivery is also available as a shipping upgrade.
International orders will be shipped via Airmail. Tracking information is not available with this service. If you would like tracking please upgrade your shipping at time of purchase to Track and Sign. Shipping times are detailed below.
PLEASE NOTE - Urban Eye cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods after your item has been shipped, so please consider adding tracking and insurance to your order and be sure that your shipping address is to a secure location.
TRACKING AND INSURANCE Tracking and insurance is only available on parcels sent via "Tracked and signed" or "Tracked and Insured" and can be purchased as a shipping addition at time of purchase. If you do not request a tracked service I cannot track the whereabouts of your package once it has been shipped. Track and Signed service provides compensation up to £20. For orders over this value I recommend selecting the Tracked and Insured shipping option.

Please bear in mind I cannot control the postal service, only how quickly I ship your order. If it takes a little longer for your purchase to arrive than expected it will be down to a delay in customs or the postal service.
RECYCLING IS GOOD I sometimes use recycled materials to package your purchase for shipping. This helps save the environment and reduces the postal costs for you. If you would prefer new packaging please let me know.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your purchase provided it is returned in it's original condition and unused. Please contact me before returning purchases so I can issue you with a Returns Number. You will be responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances. Refunds will be made via the original method used for payment.
I cannot offer refunds on custom orders however I am very happy to work with you until you are happy with your purchase.
Refunds (where post has been lost) must be requested within 30 days of placing an order. Refunds for lost post after this time will be issued minus transaction fees.

CANCELLED CUSTOM ORDERS Custom orders take a lot of time and work. Therefore, if you decide to cancel a custom order after I have sent you proofs I will need to deduct £10 for the work I have done for you.
LOST POST While it is rare for packages to go missing in the post, it does occasionally happen. I am unable to provide refunds for packages which do go missing so please consider purchasing insurance when you place your order. This is available as a shipping upgrade as you checkout.
