All ready to ship items are shipped within 3 business days. all made to order items are shipped 1-2 weeks from purchase date unless otherwise stated. All items are shipped using Canada Post and are shipped with tracking and insurance. We do not ship regular mail as it is completely unreliable and can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks for delivery.
International orders will not have tracking but are insured.
We are not responsible for packages not received due to incorrect addresses.
Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Please pay for your item(s) within one week of purchase. Any item unpaid will be removed and re-listed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We always want your to be happy with your purchase however if there is a chance that you are unsatisfied with your item please contact us as soon as you receive your item and we will do our best to work the issue out.
If a refund is required we can only issue a refund based on these requirements:
1. Contact was made within 7 days of receiving the item. 2. Item is returned within 14 days from contact date 3. Item is returned in original condition, the item must not have been worn or used. If there is any indication of wear or use we will not issue a refund, credit or exchange and you will be billed for the shipping cost to return the item to you or the item will be kept and no refund or credit will be issued.
A refund will be issued based on the original price of purchase minus the shipping cost.
NOTE: Cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the customer. We require a tracking number so that no disputes can be made about the whereabouts of the package.
