The Legend The English translation of "fleur-de-lis" (sometimes spelled "fleur-de-lys") is "flower of the lily." This symbol has been described by some as depicting a stylized lily or lotus flower, but other historians attribute its origin to a species of wild iris, the Iris pseudacorus. Traditionally, it has been used to represent French royalty, and in that sense it is said to signify perfection, light, and life. Legend has it that an angel presented Clovis, the Merovingian king of the Franks, with a golden lily (or iris) as a symbol of his purification upon his conversion to Christianity. Others claim that Clovis adopted the symbol when waterlilies showed him how to safely cross a river and thus succeed in battle.
Shop payment once established as PAID moves to immediate shipping status. Once shipment is made, retraction of payment is not possible.

Lost in Transit: If an item has a break in tracking, this is not the fault of the shop owner and shop only claims responsibility up to the recorded tracking point of dropping the item off for shipping.
We use Confirmation Tracking and sometimes Signature Confirmation for items over a certain dollar amount if shipped inside the United States.
Shop credit is at the discretion of the shop. If there is no break in tracking, the shop will assume you have received your item.

We are honest and fair. We care you are happy with your purchase. Please ask as many questions as possible before making your purchase. We will gladly provide additional pictures. Please be assured, every item on our site is AUTHENTIC.
Etsy Sellers are not huge corporations who have the volume of sales to absorb the cost of questionable returns or dishonest claims. They are generally a family or individual who work very hard to make an income.
We are a trusting Etsy Seller, maybe too trusting. In our short time selling on Etsy, we have been scammed more than once. We truly are not looking to make your purchase difficult. We apologize to the GOOD, HONEST and WONDERFUL people who have or will be ordering from us but we are determined to DETOUR AND STOP DISHONEST BUYERS.
As a result, due to our unfortunate experiences, we have been forced to establish a strict return policy.
3 DAYS unless otherwise stated and return shipping the responsibility of the purchaser. Read carefully shop policies and introduction regarding vintage items and regarding refunds.
Shop Credits only are given for returned merchandise and this shop credit is good for 90 days from date of return.
SHOP CREDITS ONLY - NO MONETARY REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
Once the item is received back into inventory and checked for damage or CHANGES IN AUTHENTICITY, you will be credited appropriately according to shop policy. However, please note that shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not subject to refund. No monetary refunds are given, just shop credits.
We felt this policy was preferable and fair versus an "all sales are final" policy as common with many Etsy and online sellers.

Transit Loss: Each circumstance will be reviewed carefully. If, however, the item is tracked all the way to your postal facility, you will have to take up the issue with your postal facility. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation or tracking number. In some cases a Signature Confirmation tracking will be applied.
Please note: The shop's liability ends with the acceptance at the original point of shipment postal facility which takes the item in for shipping. All other concessions are at the discretion of the shop owner and would only be with proof that there is a true loss in shipment (i.e. a break in the tracking process unexplained). And then and only then will the shop issue a shop credit.
Damages and changes in condition of item being returned will nullify the return policy and make all sales final. If damages occur on an insured item, a claim will be made. Parties will be compensated from that claim.
