Handmade leather labels made from high quality leather. The labels can be personalized, they can be engraved with name, word or logo of your choice. Wonderful and stylish final touch for your products.
There might be slight difference in the color of the leather than the one shown on the pictures.
When placing your order for engraved labels: Please enter the custom text you would like on your labels, in the "Notes to seller" section exactly how you would like it to appear and be sure to double check your spelling.
Size approximately: 4 x 1 cm (1.57 x 0.39 in.) Thickness of the leather is 2 mm.
I can do custom orders. If you want to have the labels in different sizes just contact me with your request and I will get back to you.
Once payment is received, items will be shipped within 3-5 business days via registered air mail with tracking info available.
Once marked as shipped your order will be delivered approx within these time frames:
Europe: 7-14 business days Canada: 10-20 business days USA: 10-25 business days Japan: 10-20 business days Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 15-30 business days (For the US and Canada, packages addressed to the West coast may take a few days longer than East Coast, hence the 10 days difference in the average times stated above) *business days: Mon - Fri
PLEASE NOTE: Packages that were returned to me because address is incorrect/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If a package need to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.
*Registered mail is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not home, postal carrier must leave a notice that your packages is available for pick up from the post office. IMPORTANT: If a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender.
IMPORTANT: If your PayPal and Etsy address differ, please confirm the address you want your items to be shipped to! I will not ship until the correct address is confirmed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I always make sure you receive the item you have purchased in the given time frames, however if a package is lost during transit, a refund or replacement will be offered. A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed. (per BG post carrier policy)
Packages whose tracking info shows the item was successfully delivered and signed for are not considered lost and will be further followed up and investigated for mistakes or incorrect info, provided by the carrier.
If you want to return // exchange an item for a full refund (minus the shipping costs), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. !!! Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges must be of the same or lesser value of the item purchased. If you wish to exchange your item for one at a higher price an invoice with the difference will be sent to you. Please do not send items back without notifying me first!!! Thank you! If you wish to exchange an item or return it for a refund (minus shipping costs) please make sure item is packaged properly so it reaches me in its original intact condition.

For items went missing while in transit or for any other issues with your order, please message me and I will do my best to find the best resolution for you as a customer.
Please note, ZAHRT is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur upon receiving an item in your country. Customs taxes, if any, are solely a buyer's responsibility.
