You get one 1/2 of a cup of live kefir water grains
kefir water is a fizzy fermented probiotic health drink full of organic acids, enzymes, beneficial microflora & vitamins. A great source for b12, energy booster and aids in weight loss.
your 1/2 cup of kefir grains will make you one half gallon of kefir water in as little as 24 hours. These amazing little cultures multiply like crazy once established and you will be growing endless grains of your own before you know it. Which means you can make endless amounts of kefir water. It’s super simple to make and taste so good even kids love it. Best part, it cost pennies to make. All you need is sugar and water, the kefir grains do the rest. And in two days you will have a delicious bubbly probiotic drink comparable in taste to those unhealthy expensive sodas.
I will also send a link to the “recipe for success” I use that have my grains doubling over night and making powerful delicious kefir drinks. I’m a stay at home mom and I love to be helpful. I will always offer guidance, answer questions and help u through the processs.
These grain have been great. Very healthy grains. I split with a friend and my half had doubled within 2 weeks. Thanks!

This stuff is awesome. The grains are producing excellent kefir and reproducing nicely. Right now I'm hooked on double brewed pomegranate kefir. Delicious! Bonus: My dog loves the extra grains as snacks. Thank you for a great product (and quick shipping).

The water kefir grains arrived promptly. Also the link to tips I received has helped me greatly considering this is my first time making water kefir. My first batch should be ready today and I’m excited to try it! :D
Update: it’s been a week since I’ve had the water kefir and it’s almost tripled. The kefir taste great! I’ve had no issues at all! Thank you!

It’s the real deal. The result of a 24 hour brew makes a fizzy vinegar-ey smelling brew with a unique taste I don’t know how to describe.
