Returns & exchanges
Returns will be granted on a case by case basis and are generally fine as long as they are requested in a timely manner. I claim responsibility for items that arrive to the buyer damaged and will repair or replace these items. I am flexible and will work with you so that everyone is happy. Refunds cannot be granted for custom orders.
