Broccoli Green Sprouting Calabrese produces smaller 'terminal and lateral' broccoli heads which are sweeter and more tender than the first "large single head" the plant produces. Once the main head is harvested lots of small broccoli heads are vigorously produced on each plant over a 10 week plus harvesting period. Great for freezing or canning. Adapted to growing in spring, summer or fall.
Seed is suitable for 'microgreens' sprouting.
