*** US orders *** i use USPS First-Class mail for most small items, and Priority Mail for larger packages.
your orders can be tracked via etsy receipt for our transaction.
*** international orders *** orders outside the US are shipped First-Class International. items *usually* take about 2-3 weeks from the time i ship. you can check the shipping date on the etsy invoice for your purchase (under the 'purchases' link) buyer is responsible for any international taxes or customs fees.
i accept paypal or etsy direct checkout for all transactions. paypal can be funded using the method of your choice, and direct checkout takes credit cards. remember that e-checks take up to 5 business days to clear.
sales tax will be automatically added to orders in north carolina.
*** cancellations ***
if you need to cancel an order, please contact me to discuss the details! cancellations are no problem, as long as work has not yet begun on a custom order. for digital download items, i do not offer refunds and cancellations for files that have already been downloaded.
*** turnaround ***
in-stock items are shipped within a few days after receipt of payment.
please allow extra time for custom orders. generally, my turnaround time for custom pillows and prints is about 2 weeks. during busier times it takes longer, and when i'm especially organized and productive i may be able to finish your custom items sooner. your patience is appreciated! each item is made completely by hand, and a lot of care and time goes into each one. i add custom orders to my 'to-do' list in the order they are received.
