Choose "Pattern Only" or "Pattern with Floss Kit". If you choose the floss kit, you will receive the pattern, as well as all flosses needed to complete the project. You will receive the flosses that were used in the model. If any of the flosses are on back order from the distributor, we will substitute with very like colors. Back ordered flosses are rare, but it does happen.

Another wonderful design from Stacy Nash Primitives, "Oliver" the cat, is the first design in the Animal Cracker Crumbs Series. A charming design to be sure, and a must have for your collection. A quick stitch, great for giving as a gift.

We DISCOUNT SHIPPING on each additional item purchased. Check Your Cart for DISCOUNTED SHIPPING after adding additional items.

If the shipping/handling charges you pay are less than what the actual shipping costs are, we reserve the right to contact you to request additional payment. If additional payment is not made, your order will be canceled.

We ship USPS First Class mail. Tracking is now automatically included on all domestic Parcel packages. Tracking is NOT automatic on small or large envelopes. If you want tracking or insurance added to your small or large envelopes, please contact us. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

For international packages...if your items are shipped as a Parcel package, you will have a Customs Number for tracking. If your order ships as an envelope, you will not have any tracking available. If you want your envelope shipped as a parcel, please contact us and we will put it in a box so there is a customs number available. The USPS does not allow the purchase of tracking on international envelopes.

If your US package is lost in the mail, there is a 30 day from ship date, waiting period before action will be taken. It is up to the Shop Owner as to what action will be taken. The Buyer will need to check with their local post office, to help locate the package.

If your International package is lost in the mail, there is a 60 day from ship date, waiting period before action will be taken. It is up to the Shop Owner as to what action will be taken. The Buyer will need to check with their local post office to help locate the package.

Please note: Lost packages - If you have not received your package in the mail within 30 days (US) or 60 days (International) from the ship date, you must notify us immediately. If too much time passes, it makes it harder for us to locate lost packages.

Payments

If for any reason, an error occurs when processing your order and the incorrect amount is charged, you will be notified and the error will be corrected prior to any order being shipped.

6% sales tax is applied to all Iowa residence purchases.


Returns & exchanges

We have a 30 day from date payment received, refund policy. If you are not happy with your item and it has been 30 days or less since you paid, you may return it (this excludes patterns/kits), under the following conditions:
1) No shipping charges will be refunded, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
2) The item must be received in the same condition it was in when we shipped it to you. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. When your item leaves our shop, it is in the condition of which it was photographed. If returned in any condition other than that in the photograph, you will not be refunded your money, but rather, the item will be returned back to you.
3) Your money will not be refunded until the item is received, returned, and is fully inspected and the condition it is in is accepted at our discretion.


Additional policies

In the event that you receive an item that has been damaged in the shipping process, please contact us immediately. We will need a photo of the damaged item, as well as the shipping package. This is for shipping insurance purposes. We stand behind what we sell.
