The shipping charges include not only the postage on your envelope, but also packaging (envelope, plastic bags, and other necessary protective wrapping), etc... All of my items are carefully packaged and sent in a bubble mailer envelope, along with confirmation delivery. I can also ship Priority... contact me for additional pricing.
If you do not receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, please contact me.
And last, please confirm that the address registered with Etsy is your correct address prior to placing an order. Send me a note if you need your items shipped to a different address.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
When your order arrives, please check your items. If there are any discrepancies (incorrect item, breakage, or major flaw), please notify me within 3 days of receipt so that we can come to a satisfactory resolution.
Please do not return any item without contacting me first. Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of delivery. Refund will be processed promptly, once returned item is received. I do not pay return shipping unless item is broken or was the incorrect item. All wine charm sets are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope, with additional bubble wrap around the item.
