FELTED WOOL BALLS
These hand-felted wool gems are a whimsical touch for fiber art including jewelry, children's clothes, accessories or a favorite project. String a bunch on cording for really cool garland.

The size of our felt balls are more of a "category" rather than a precise measurement. If anything, the felt balls are typically generous in diameter over their actual measurement category. Felt balls are a handmade product using a wet-felting technique with wool roving and NOT yarn. Because they are handmade and hand dyed, the actual sizes and color saturation vary slightly.

All shipments are made via USPS.

If there are different addresses on your Etsy and PayPal accounts, the SHIPMENT WILL ALWAYS DEFAULT TO THE ADDRESS IN THE PAYPAL PROFILE unless gift or other arrangements are made via a convo or email in ADVANCE OF PLACING ORDER. **ANYWHERE ELSE buyers please note that all orders will be shipped USPS International Priority in a FLAT RATE ENVELOPE. If the product order does not fit in a single flat rate envelope, the buyer will be contacted via email or convo to pay for the additional charges necessary to ship the order.

Payments

Payments are due per the indicated Etsy Policies. Making a purchase on Etsy is an easy 2 step process. After you select an item and submit your order, you will need to make a payment. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal, even without a Paypal account. Please make payment directly after you place your order or at least within 24 hours.

If you accidentally place an order that you don't want, please contact me immediately so that we can cancel the transaction.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If we've made an error in your order, please let us know and we will take steps to get it corrected right away. We are happy refund any USPS costs to return the product that we shipped to you in error.

All other returns can be mailed back to us at the address below.

Whether we made an error or you changed your mind about an order, ALL products must be returned unopened and must not damaged in any way to be eligible for a refund. A PayPal refund will be issued as soon as the returned package is received. Please include a note in the package as to the reason for the return.
