Payments are only accepted using credit cards, Etsy gift cards, as well as through PayPal (you can use your credit card there securely without having a PayPal account).

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All sales are final, however if your item has arrived damaged, please notify me within 5 days of receipt of your item. You will need to send the item back in the same packing material and original box. Once I've received the damage item I will refund your shipping charges. Your damaged item can then either be replaced with an item of the same value or I can refund your money back through Paypal.
