READY TO SHIP items will ship 1-2 business days and MADE TO ORDER items will ship 7-10 business days. If you would like to cancel your order please do so within 12 hours as I do start on orders immediately. Please note that I'm not responsible for any lost or damaged items once item is out for shipping and delivery. Please make sure the address is correct when placing an order, I will not be responsible for where your package goes!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Knowing that my customers are happy with their handmade goodies means more to me than the number of sales. I want you to be happy with your order and will try my best to make sure your order gets to you in perfect condition and as is on my listings! But If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the unworn item within 7 days after you receive your item. You will be responsible for package and shipping charges. Once I've received the item in untouched condition (with no trace of perfume, tobacco, etc for hygiene reasons), I will then issue a refund. Unless the item was faulty or there was a mistake with item, shipping will not be included in refund.
