Our 20-page workbook guides you through the practice similar to our in-person classes with 5.5 x 8” pages of the following:

Each kit includes:
- 20 page workbook

Each kit is packaged in a 11.25 x 8.75” x 2” sturdy white box with clear lid with kraft crinkle paper. Ready to gift or keep yourself!

DIGITAL FILES:
Digital files and Instant Downloads are sent digitally; you will not receive anything in the mail; therefore, no shipping charges on digital files and Instant Downloads.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
Typical production time is dependent on the complexity and size of your order. Larger orders may take longer. Shipment occurs immediately after production is completed.

ETC:
We are not responsible for loss or damage to invitations by postal service. We promise to package your invitations neatly and safely. If damage is done by packaging, please let us know immediately so we can review packaging details. We prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail so your invitations spend less time in the mail. We want your invitations be delivered to you as soon as possible, but please be aware that the postal system may have delays in delivery due to weather or holiday congestion. No refunds for shipping costs. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors as shown in your proof as well as envelopes and Etsy listing photos. However, some computer monitors display colors differently; therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.


Payments

PROOFS: No proofs or final drafts will be sent until payment is received. This includes digital files and instant downloads. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors as shown in your proof as well as envelopes and Etsy listing photos. However, some computer monitors display colors differently; therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

CUSTOMIZATION:
To customize a Digital (Printable) Listing: Please message me with your details. Additional fees may apply.

To customize an Instant Download Listing: Please message me BEFORE purchase with the details of the change. $1.00 for each change will apply. This includes each color change, size, pattern, etc.

ESTIMATE FOR INVITATIONS:
The estimate emailed to you is an estimate only. There are many variables in determining final cost, such as cost of supplies, internal shipping costs, outside vendor fees (if applicable) and more. The estimate is our best prediction of the final invoice,
and does not yet include shipping or taxes, which will be added to the final invoice. We add the standard tax rate of 08.25% to all transactions as stated by state law. The estimate will also include an anticipated flat rate design fee for the full design and implementation of your design; however, if there are significant changes to the overall design, additional design fees may apply.

DEPOSIT:
Deposit is deducted from final invoice payment. If you choose not to move forward after the deposit is paid, you will forfeit the deposit. Also, if you choose not to move forward after production has started and half payment is made, you will forfeit payment as well. All sales final.

Returns & exchanges

If you are unhappy in any way with your order, please message me right away!

Once the proof is approved, printing and assembly starts shortly after, so any errors noticed after print shall be remedied only at the same cost to replace. Additional changes may be subject to a fee. If you notice any alternation needed, please contact us as soon as possible.

All sales are final.


Additional policies

WEDDING INVITATION SAMPLES: We will mail you your sample within 1-3 business days with a very similar design listed in the photos. Some samples have been updated with additional wording or colors than shown in the listing photo.

DIGITAL FILE: Once a proof is approved and the final version is emailed, additional changes to the proof are subject to a fee. Digital files are sent high resolution only (300dpi) via JPG and PDF. PDF files are typically sent two per page (depending on size). Please keep in mind that each computer monitor displays colors slightly differently, and therefore your actual printed invitation may not look exactly like it does on your computer screen.

PRINTED DESIGNS: Once a proof is approved and the final version is printed, no additional changes can be made. All changes after approval are subject to a fee that includes cost of printing and assembly. All printed designs (excluding wedding and rehearsal dinner invitations) have small Pink Champagne Paper logo on back.

If you are sending a photograph to be a part of the design, Pink Champagne Paper Co. will not be held liable for any misuse of the copyrighted photo(s) you submit, so please do not send photos if you do not own their copyright.
