Wrought iron is no longer produced. It is often preferred to steel as far as workability. These bolts are a convenient size to forge. 3/8" stock. Real wrought iron, from an mid- to late-1800s Oddfellow's lodge in central Illinois. $1.25 per pound, buyer pays shipping. May be some lag bolts or nuts in package. I'm happy to combine shipping or fill a flat rate box. I polished and etched one of these bolts to test for wrought iron. See pics and ask questions.

Many times I have items on hand, but not listed yet. My wife can tell you all about my garage that is TOO full! If there is something from an old building that you are looking for, I may have it on hand. If I don't have it, I can refer you to someone who does.
