Item details

If you love pie as I do, then this beautifully hand painted pie plate is perfect for baking that awesome pie that can only be so good because it's made in a classic ceramic stoneware plate!
Whether your idea is to make a traditional apple pie, a summer raw fruit pie or a french onion and gruyere quiche, you are bound to enjoy it in every way.

I made it using white stoneware clay, wheel-thrown, glazed with a yellow salt and a white matte glazes applied over wax-resist and slip designs. High fired to approx. 2400 degrees Fahrenheit.

This baking dish measures approx. 9" diameter X 1 3/4" deep.
Food safe. Dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.
For best care, avoid taking pie plate out of a cold refrigerator and placing it in a hot oven.
Best way to use it is having it be at room temperature before placing it in the your preheated oven.

A pie plate such as this one will also make a beautiful gift for a wedding, anniversary or birthday.

Please provide a clear shipping address with your order.
For shipping within the US, I use USPS priority mail or parcel post (if cost is above stated amount) with delivery confirmation.

I do ship internationally, however, international shipping can get really pricey because of the weight of the ceramics. I try to ship first class international whenever possible to keep the shipping costs down, but packages over 4 pounds must be shipped using international priority mail. It’s not my rule, it’s USPS!

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries. I am not responsible for breakage that occurs because of customs checks.

Be assured that your pottery will be packed very carefully and should arrive safely! It will be double boxed with extra popcorn cushioning between the boxes.

I accept payment through Paypal.
Cashiers checks or money orders are acceptable only within the US, and items will only be shipped once payment is received and verified.

I use Pay Pal because this service accepts most major credit cards and is known for being very safe and reliable.
Please note that you do not need to sign up to have a Pay Pal account in order to use their service to charge with your own charge card.

***You do NOT need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. On the Paypal site you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.***

Just click on the Pay Pal button to quickly fill out your info.

Returns & exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will gladly issue a refund for the item less the original shipping cost if you notify me and do this within 2 weeks of purchase.

The item must be shipped back to me intact at buyer's expense before a refund will be made and it must be in the original condition with delivery confirmation and insurance.

If the item gets broken during shipping, which can happen even though it's rare, you can photograph the item and e-mail me the photo and I will credit your Pay Pal Account. I try very hard to package well enough to avoid this event.
