This listing is for a Remington Special Edition 1989 "Trapper" Bullet Knife - This is the eighth issue of the Bullet Knives. It is in great condition still in the original Box.
The same company that has made fire arms for over 200 years started reproducing their famous line of pocket knives of the the 1920-30's. Each year Remington produced at least one, and sometime two knives in what is called the special Bullet Knife. This issued knife features the two blade "Trapper" pattern with a master spey blade etched with the Remington trade mark and tang stamped with the year of issue, 1989. The secondary skinning blade is tang stamped with the pattern number of R1128. Blades are made of Stainless Steel.
The handles are made with a beautifully grained Cocobolo Wood, with the Special Silver Bullet inlay shield.
The knife is equipped with nickel silver bolsters, and brass linings and pins.
Manufactured in the United States, and is in great condition in the original box. The box comes with the factory paperwork issued by the manufacturer. Knife measures 4 3/4" when closed.
Comes from a smoke free environment.
