All our products are made to order and customised. If for some reason you are not happy upon receipt of our products (e.g. change of mind), you may post them back to us and we will refund 80% of products costs paid (excluding any postage). This is on the basis that despite customisation, we can generally reuse many craft supplies. Any products which did not meet your specifications and were our error will be refunded in full, including costs of return postage.

SHIPPING TIMES. We suggest ordering at least TWO WEEKS prior to your birthday party or event. This allows us 3 business days to collate your order and at least 5 business days for Australia Post parcel delivery within Australia. EXPRESS POST is available however we suggest you allow 2 business days for your parcel to arrive as we find Australia Post is not reliable. If you have not allowed sufficient postage time and your parcel arrives late for your event and is unusable, you will still retain the option of returning all products to us and requesting an 80% refund (similar to our Change of Mind policy noted above).
