These are heavy weight and truly shimmer in the light.

Each fake diamond ornament measures approximately 1 3/4 inches tall x 1 inches wide.

Each diamond has a silver loop string at the top for hanging but can easily be cut off if using as a table display.

Please note these are not real diamonds and are plastic to mimic diamond cut crystal.

I make every attempt to ship either USPS first class or priority, unless the customer's order is over-sized or heavier than usual, in which case it will ship standard ground USPS. Priority is 3-5 business days for delivery. Please note that I often mark items shipped immediately in PayPal, so they will release funds in a timely manner - please go by the ship dates indicated in your Etsy account for your order.

Please allow plenty of time for shipping for your party supplies and custom orders for an up-coming event.

Tracking and Insurance is available for an additional $2.75.

I highly recommend the insurance as I have had customers inform me that their packages have arrived considerably damaged by the USPS, even with extra bubble wrap and careful packing.

Unfortunately I am unable to refund for lost packages or damages that occur during transit.


Payments

Since almost all my designs are custom made to order, I require payment up front before the work is begun. At Wedding & Bridal Designs, I make every attempt to meet all of my clients custom requests, within reason and as long as I have supplies in stock. Sample photos are emailed to each buyer for their final approval before a custom order is completed.

This is very important about your CUSTOM ORDER, please read all:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL POLICY:
All custom order sales are final in the I DO Wedding & Bridal Shop. Once you have checked out from your custom order and paid- we begin the process of scheduling your order, ordering in supplies to make your custom items, and in some cases the design process. Because some supplies are sourced and can not be returned, we also have a no return or no refund policy. In addition to supplies, once an event planner or bride has paid, a portion of the fees are for my time (all the emailing, setting up the custom reserve order, other time spent designing on my digital cutting plotter, and all other initial work can never be reimbursed. Please understand that our no refund policy is non-negotiable. All sales are final.

ORDER CHANGES:
Changes to your custom order are to be made before you checkout. Please read the details of your custom order carefully and request changes, if needed, before payment is made. Unfortunately, we can not allow for order changes once we have worked out the details of your custom order and you have paid and completed the transaction. After you have checked out, we immediately order in supplies for your custom design or custom order that can not be returned or refunded from our wholesale distributor. Therefore, we can not take a loss, as the likelihood of using those same supplies for any other future orders is unlikely- since all of our designs are custom made at the point of sale.

COLOR SCHEME & PRINT POLICY:
Please read your description carefully in the custom reserve order and request changes to your listing before you check out. This includes requested changes to your embossed designs and color scheme. I do my best to coordinate colors to anything that is sent to me, such as other party designs, photos, or invitations, however please keep in mind that matching card stock paper colors and patterns to digital images or photos is never an 'exact' match. "Coordinating" colors and patterns means that I will come as close as I can with the inventory or available options from our wholesale distributor for supplies.

COLORS & DIGITAL PRINTS POLICY:
Images and colors for digital designs are visible in what is called RGB on computer screens, however, colors do not always look the same when printed from RGB. Printing standards tend to print in better quality and at a closer color value to CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). These are the color standards for most print applications. I use a professional print company, I do not print digital designs from my own printer and this is the reason for the additional print fees and the non-refundable policy on any digital printed designs.

**Please keep in mind that your printed designs for digital selections may not look exactly the same color as what you see on your computer screen.

If your deadline is before the 14 business days allowed or you will need your order sooner, I do offer rush order service for an additional fee.

USPS DAMAGED, UNDELIVERABLE OR LOST SHIPMENTS:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE I DO WEDDING & BRIDAL DESIGNS SHOP DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS DUE TO DAMAGES, LOST PACKAGES, DELAYS BY THE USPS OR FOR MISSED EVENT DATES FOR ARRIVAL OF YOUR ITEMS. However, almost all items in my shop are available to ship with full insurance coverage. Simply select PRIORITY shipping at checkout and your shipment will be insured for the full value of its contents. Any priority deliveries that arrive damaged, you may file your own claim with the USPS at www.usps.com if your package had insurance on it (all priority shipments come with insurance included). You will need photos of the outside of your damaged boxes, photos of the damaged contents inside, and your Etsy receipt.

UNDELIVERABLE/RETURNED MERCHANDISE- We do not offer refunds on custom made items, even if they are returned to us. We can not resell a custom made item in our shop as these types of orders are specific to an event or bride's wedding designs and color scheme. However, if the merchandise ordered is an item we are able to relist and is not custom made, we will issue a refund for the item/s only. We do not offer refunds on the actual shipping cost of an item that is returned.

MISSED EVENTS, CHANGES IN EVENT DATES & CANCELLED WEDDINGS/EVENTS:

I do not offer refunds if you checked out from my shop from one of my listings and did not include your wedding date or event date or did not contact me with your date needed or deadline information and your item arrives after your event date. As a high volume seller, I am unable to contact each and every buyer that did not contact me first if a rush order is needed or failed to include details or information about a specific deadline. Please kindly understand that it is your responsibility, as a buyer and per Etsy policies, to contact sellers with details about your order and to read the full item details/written description of each item purchased before checking out. I do not offer refunds if your party items arrive after your party or event date or if for some reason your event or wedding is cancelled. It is very important that buyers plan well ahead of their upcoming event dates and allow 3 to 4 weeks ( 21 business days) turnaround time from the date they paid for their order to arrive on their doorstep. My production time is very clear at the top of my shop home page in all caps at the heading and often disclosed in each of my listing descriptions.

Written disclaimer about the safety of my products:
I am not responsible for any injuries incurred from my handmade products. Customers should be aware that these products are handmade and not manufactured under any government guideline or inspection. Once the product leaves my home, I assume no liability express or implied. Customers who purchase my products take full responsibility for any issues or injuries caused by these products.

I recommend starting the custom order process several weeks before your event if you would like to order a custom design by me, especially for larger quantities.
