Vintage/Antique "Baby" Sewing Machine from France from JC LP RW Paris as listed on metal baseplate. Wheel turns quickly and easily to bring needle up and down. Some rust and wear though good condition overall. Little black wooden knob turns the wheel
Blue metal sewing machine for a child to learn to sew. I learned to sew by watching my mother sew on a Singer Featherweight 221 and then later on a Singer 610 model, both of which models I still own. As a young teen I took a Home Economics Course and learned more complicated techniques such as how to sew on zippers. I still enjoy sewing and quilting, though usually it's mending or sewing buttons back on.
I enjoy collecting and selling sewing memorabilia of all kinds. I picked up this little machine while on a recent trip to France.
