PLEASE NOTE this listing is for a digital pdf download, not a physical pattern nor a finished coat.
The Craft Coat is perfect for a doll to throw on when heading out for some open-air painting.
This easy yet stylish coat fits dolls from 12-50cm/5-20”. Knitted top-down, the body of the coat is worked flat, then separated for the sleeves, which are worked in the round. The collar is then picked up from the cast-on edge, worked in moss stitch and finished with a dainty picot bind off. Sizes 1-3 can be worked either small or large through a change in needle size and yarn weight.
To knit this coat you will need: Double-pointed/circular needles. 2.25mm/US1 for small sizes, 4mm/US6 for large sizes. Sock yarn for small sizes, DK yarn for large sizes. I used Malabrigo yarn, but you may use any. 4 stitch markers. Spare yarn or stitch holders. 3 buttons.
This pattern has been technically edited and test knitted. Your PDF file may take a few minutes to be ready for download once payment has been confirmed.
An inspiring pattern, already measured up my doll and have the coat on my needles. Clear instructions and quick, easy download.
