3 pieces of Arizona colorful Petrified Wood! Rough cut preform cabuchon cut. These can be wire wrapped, cabbed, drilled, displayed, collected or whatever you decide! Great gift for a collector of these things, and also a teaching tool. The first 3 pictures were taken wet, the last 2 were taken dry.
The pieces are each a bit different although they have a basically triangular cut. These have different shades of a golden mustard yellow, brown, red, grey, black, white and more! Use for that OOAK jewelry design!

The Petrified Forest is known for its fossils, especially fallen trees that lived in the Late Triassic Period, about 225 million years ago. The sediments containing the fossil logs are part of the widespread and colorful Chinle Formation, from which the Painted Desert gets its name.

Stunning colors! Amazing to hold a piece of something so old in your hand, and still feel the energy it can give even now. Metaphysical, healing, meditation stone and more - a piece of the past for the future!

Measurements from left to right as in pictures one and two:
35 mm x 24 mm x 5.59 mm thick / condition = no fractures or pits found
38 mm x 31 mm x 6.27 mm thick / some short (healed?) fractures, no pitting
33 mm x 27 mm x 5.94 mm thick / no fractures, a small pit on each side
