*Our shipping prices cover first class mail USPS shipping. And in some cases, we do ship priority mail.

IF YOU DO NOT SUPPLY A CORRECT ADDRESS-WE WILL NOT CHANGE IT FOR YOU. Our time has got to be spent on orders and we do not have time to go in and do address corrections.
*We strive to ensure that your purchase will arrive to you in a timely and safe manner. We cannot be responsible for damages to your product while enroute to you. We package with extreme precautions necessary for your items to arrive unharmed. Insurance can be provided at an additional charge. We do ship using USPS and you will receive a delivery confirmation number. We only ship out Mon-Thursday. We take Friday to work on orders and Sat and Sunday is spent with family.
*I am sorry, but at this time I do NOT offer rush delivery. Most of my items are made after you order them unless otherwise noted.
*I will always provide a tracking number for you after your item is shipped IF one is provided to me. Please check for an email from Etsy with this information. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.

Please pay within 48 hrs.via PAYPAL. We do not start orders until payment is made. If you plan to cancel your order, please do so in a message within 24 hours or else you cannot receive a refund or cancel your order. If we don't receive payment within 48 hours, we will cancel your invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges *Our goal is customer satisfaction! But we do have to set a few policies in place. If you receive your item and it is NOT exactly as described or incorrect spelling AND it is our fault, we will gladly remake that item and ship it to you. * I also ask that you not use the Etsy feedback/review system to complain about your item. I ask that you please contact me first and give me a chance to work with you to fix the problem. ALL REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. * I will not, under ANY circumstances refund money because you do not like the color. If you are unsure of the color, ask me and we will try to figure out a way to get you a better color match. Remember computer monitors will show color different ways.
