COLORS: Please be aware that colors may vary from different computer monitors. The pictures have not been photoshopped and were taken during the day with natural lighting. Resin products are also made in small batches so colorations may differ slightly from one batch to another. However we do our very best to group similar colors together and not include any in the batch that is too different (more than 15% difference) than the listing pictures. We've done our best to show the products that you will be receiving.
MADE TO FIT OUR CAMEOS & CABOCHONS SIZE: You choose the choices above in the option menu. We also sell cabochons, cameos, cabs, that are made to fit these settings and size. Please look into our shop and website for more complimentary items.
HOLE DRILLED OR NOT DRILLED TO BE USED AS PENDANTS: Some designs have holes predrilled into them and some designs do not. The items that you receive may or may not have holes predrilled into them. Please refer to the first image in the listing for details. And you can always email us to confirm as well. If you have specific needs, you need to email us BEFORE you checkout and BEFORE the items are shipped. To make pendants and necklaces from non predrilled settings, all you have to do is glue a bail or hook on the back of the settings. From there you can add a jump ring to loop a chain through.
MADE WITH USA MANUFACTURED RESIN AND ARE LABELED AS NON TOXIC. However these are not toys and should only be used to make craft products that are not used for food. Keep out of reach of children.
**we sell cameos and cabochons that are made specifically to only fit our frames, settings, and bezels. If you purchase cameos and frames from other sellers, they may not be compatible with our products. Even if the measurements are label the same. This has been our experience when purchasing craft supplies. That is why we created our own bezels, settings, frames, cameos, and cabochons that are made to fit well with each other. That being said, customers have the choice to purchase supplies from whoever they want. But we are not responsible for other people's products that do not fit or work well with our products.

ESTIMATED SHIP TIME: Within the USA (expect about 3-5 days), up to 10 days during the Holidays season.
International (expect about 1-2 weeks), up to 4-6 weeks during the Holidays season and if Customs holds the package for inspection. We do not control customs in the destination countries. Italy & Brazil can take up to 45 days or longer. We don't know why but we always run into problems with delays with those 2 countries. Tracking number will be updated to Ebay and Paypal as soon as we get them from the post office.

Shipping & policies
WHAT ADDRESS DO YOU USE TO SHIP MY ITEMS?
I will use the address that PAYPAL sends me to ship out your items. So please make sure that your PayPal address is up to date. If you want me to ship your items to a different address, other than your PayPal address, please make sure that you have changed your shipping address when you check out with Paypal. I DO NOT ship to any other address besides your paypal address.
If you use Etsy check out and not paypal, then I will use the address that you provide through Etsy check out.
If you need me to ship to an address that is your friend's or family member address for a gift item, you MUST first add the recipient's address to Etsy and Paypal and then when you check out, select that person's address as your "ship to" address. If you do not do this, I will be force to send to the address that you select when you check out. Sorry that is Etsy's and Paypal's rule. I do not make the rules, but I have to follow them. Otherwise neither you or me will be protected if something goes wrong. Thanks for your understanding.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Almost all of the items in my shop are handmade so you must give me time to make the order for you. All items are inspected for quality before they are packaged to be shipped. And if there are any flaws in the items, those items will have to be remake, and the processing time can take longer.
Processing time is between 5-7 days normally and can take up 7-14 days during high demands and holidays seasons. Orders are processes on a first come first serve basis. Processing time does not include post office transit time.
Faster shipping service is available upon request and paid for by the buyer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Regular Estimated Shipping Schedule:
USA: 3-6 business days, could take up to 12 days. But the post office allows 30 days from ship date for domestic packages to reach their destination before the package can be claim as lost status. Lost status does not receive compensation from post office if no insurance was purchased by buyer.
Canada and International locations: 3-12 business days, could take up to 6 weeks.
Could be longer if customs holds onto your package for inspection. I do not have any control over the customs department in your country, so please be patience if you package takes longer to arrive. Lost packages cannot be filed until at least 60 days after delivery.
USA, after 30 days of non receipt of shipment (from ship date), your package can be declared lost, but if no insurance is purchased, there is nothing that I can do or the post office can do to compensate you.
INTERNATIONAL, after 60 days of non receipt of shipment (from ship date), your package can be declared lost, but if no insurance is purchased, there is nothing that I can do or the post office can do to compensate you.
IF INSURANCE IS PURCHASE, HOW LONG DOES THE CLAIMS PROCESS TAKE?
Claims process for insurance filing can be tedious and long. This process is controlled by the insurance company and the post office and can take anywhere from 30 days up to 12 months. And during the claims process, I will NOT be responsible or liable for the lost items, or the replacement of those items. You MUST wait for the insurance company to do their job and issue the compensation for the package. So the insurance company will compensate the BUYER directly, not through me. I will not see a dime of that compensation money. I can only help you in the process of the filing of the claims, but I cannot be responsible for sending another package out to you or a refund since I will not receive anything for the second package.
NEED YOUR ITEM IN A RUSH?
Please contact me first BEFORE purchase to make special arrangements. Please don't contact me after you check out and tell me that you need the item in a rush. (extra charges may apply for some rush service). I don't want any problems after the sale is made, so please ask all questions before you purchase.
Rush shipping and Express shipping is available for extra cost if you need this service. Price will be base on the value of your package and weight.
USA: All orders are shipped either Standard USA (see shipping time above) or Priority 2-3 days Mail (Extra Cost may apply and only available upon your request for expedited shipping).

I don't ship everyday so rush shipping is an extra cost for me because I have to make extra trips to the post office.
HOLIDAYS & HIGH TRAFFIC SEASONS: Please keep in mind that it may take me longer to complete your order during the holidays and high traffic seasons due to increase demands. I will try to ship your items as soon as possible but I cannot rush items that have to be hand made because the materials need to dry 100% before I can ship it. CANADA: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will take on average between 6-12 days from the time item is shipped for you to receive it.
For items that need to be made, please add 5-6 extra days for item to be made and processed.
INTERNATIONAL: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will take on average between 2-4 weeks For items that need to be made, please add 1 extra week for item to be made and processed. CAN TAKE UP TO 10 WEEKS IF CUSTOMS HOLDS PACKAGE FOR INSPECTION. They are the government.
NO INSURANCE or tracking is provided on regular shipping services.
You must purchase Express, Fedex, or UPS services enable to purchase insurance and tracking. I cannot help you if no insurance is purchased for lost, damaged, delayed, and missing tracking update on packages. All claims needs time for the insurance company to process. And I cannot control the claims process. NO replacement packages for missing items, damaged items, delayed items, and missing tracking packages will be shipped out by me until the insurance company resolved your claims. Everything must go through the insurance company. They do not release the claims money to me. They will release the compensated amount directly to the buyer. So I will not have the money to send you an extra or second packages.
WHAT IS SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost includes the fee that the post office charges me, and all of the packaging materials that it takes to prepare your items for a safe journey so that it gets to you in one piece. I DO NOT make any extra money off of the shipping. Shipping materials includes boxes, tissue paper, tape, bubble wraps, peanuts, foam, gas for me to drive to post office ect...
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
I ship Anywhere that USPS and UPS ship. I do offer shipping discounts on multiple items. Please check my "SHOP ANNOUNCEMENTS" at the top of my banner for current sales and promotions (which includes shipping).
Combine shipping discounts can only be given on orders with all items in 1 transaction. On orders with multiple transactions, no combine shipping discounts will be given because Etsy and Paypal charges very high transaction fees. So when I save money, I pass it on to you.
USA Tracking numbers will be provided to you when your package is shipped. Please check your email and Etsy purchase history for emails with the tracking number.
Tracking number is provided for USA customers ONLY.
INTERNATIONAL tracking is NOT available. Tracking for international packages is only available within the USA, up to the point of customs and leaving the USA ports. After that, tracking will stop, disappear, or not show up or update online at all.
If you purchase Express shipping, fedex, or UPS international shipping, tracking will be provided, however those are very expensive services that the buyer will have to pay for if you want this services.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM IS SHIPPED?
As soon as your package is shipped, we will notify PayPal and Etsy and you will get an email confirmation that your package is on its way to you. I like to keep my customers posted so you never have to wonder when your package will arrive. I hate to wait forever on getting an item so I will do my very best to make sure that your package will get to you ASAP!

It is the BUYER'S choice if you want to purchase insurance at an extra cost.
International shipping insurance is ONLY available for Express shipping, Fedex, and UPS. These services are very expensive and is the buyer's choice and they buyer will pay for this service if you want it.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST:
If you are an international customer and your package is lost, you MUST WAIT 60 DAYS PAST YOUR PURCHASE DATES for insurance to cover lost packages.
This is the rules of the post office NOT mine.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES OR MISSING TRACKING INFORMATION. There is NO reliable tracking for international packages unless you pay substantially higher shipping fees for express fedex or UPS. Which the Buyer will need to pay for if you want this services. ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
MADE TO ORDER CAMEOS, ALL CUSTOM ITEMS, AND ALL SALE ITEMS; ALL SALES FINAL. All of our cameos are made to order. So that means, that they are not made until you order them. We offer free samples if you are unsure of the items before purchase. We really want to avoid any problems with an order and have provided lots of pictures in the product description, website, blog, etc... And we are always here to answer any questions. Of course, every once in a while we have customers who do not read the shop policy, do not read the product description, do not look at the product pictures, and do not ask any questions, and then changed their minds after they receive the order for whatever reason. We are a small business. We have overheads and fixed costs. It costs us money to make the items requested when you place your order. We cannot afford to eat the cost if customers fail to do the simple task of reading what is provided, and asking us questions.

I love Etsy because everyone on here is nice and courteous. But every once in a while I would stumble upon a "bad apple." If you have a problem, I am sure it can be resolved. There is no need to be mean, use hostile language, etc... So if there is a problem, please be reasonable, and convo me. Give me a chance to make it right (if it is my fault).
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
I do offer exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your item (2-5 days shipping time plus the 7 days allowance for exchanges). Please convo me first if there is a problem. Buyers are responsible for the shipping charges on all exchanges (Sending the item back to me, and for me to send an exchanged item back to you). All exchanged items are based on availabilities. Please convo me to make sure that we have the item that you want to exchange with "instock." Exchanged items must be returned to me in the original condition that it was shipped in (including original packaging, bubble wrap, plastic bag, etc... Damaged, used, distorted, changed items etc... cannot be accepted for exchanges. Please send all exchanged items back within 1 week of contacting me.
***I don't want to receive an item back after a month or two after our conversation. This makes it very difficult for me to keep track of your transaction and I want to be able to provide you the best customer service that I can.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you want to exchange an item, first notify me. I would like to know the reason for the exchange (whatever it may be so that I can better my customer service). My exchange policy (is above). If you are within the 7 days period. After you contact me and an exchange is approved, please send the item back to me (convo me for the return address, it is not always the sent address because I travel a lot), and you must include all original packaging, tags, tissues, bubbles ect...
Note: you (the buyer) are responsible for the shipping cost sending the item back to me.
Once you ship it off, let me know of the day, time, location, and tracking number that you sent the return package from.
Once I receive the package, and after inspecting the goods to make sure that it is in the original condition that I sent to you in, then I will issue you a Store Credit for the value of the item less Shipping and Handling fee and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
HOW MUCH STORE CREDIT WILL I GET FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEM?
For Exchanged items, I will give you the paid value of the exchanged item, less shipping and handling, and less 15% restocking fee. For example, if you purchased item ABC for $2.99, then your credit will be for $2.54. You can use this credit anytime you want (just let me know upon check-out that you have a credit in my shop. If you plan on purchasing more than 1 item then just shop in my shop like you would without the credit. Then after you pay for the items, I will issue you a return via paypal for the credited amount (which in this case is $2.54). If you only want to do an exchange with 1 other item, then please let me know what that item you would like to exchange is. I will send you a paypal invoice. This way you will still be protected through paypal for the transaction but there are a lot of seller fees involved with an Etsy listing, so if I can save money on the exchange, then I will not have to charge you. But if you rather go through Etsy for the exchange, I will set up a custom listing for you (Etsy fees will be added). The custom listing will include the difference between the exchanged item and your credit amount plus any extra Etsy fees and you will have to pay for the shipping fee for me to send the item back to you. I do NOT make any extra money off of the shipping fee, additional Etsy fees, or the exchanged item. I am a very honest person and an Etsy seller. I want to be able to help you but I don't want to loose money and a lot of unpaid time, gas, and other expenses, if it is not my fault. PLEASE BE FAIR.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR MISSING AN ITEM?
I personally inspect Each Items at least 3 times before I even package them for shipping. But I do not control what happens to the package after I drop it off to the post office. And I am human, so it is possible that mistakes could happen. I rarely makes mistakes, but I am human, and if I did make a mistake on your order, please give me the opportunity to make it right. Just let me know within 1 week of receiving your package if there is a problem. I will send you a replacement item right away (if the item is available). If an exact item is not available, I will let you know and I will send you a comparable (similar) item for your replacement item. So not to worry, I always take care of my customers.
If your package is DAMAGE upon delivery, do not panic. Contact me immediately and let me know of the situation. Take pictures of the damaged package and goods. Email me the pictures, so that I can have them as proof for the post office. I will file a claims with the post office and in the meantime, I will send you a replacement package for your damaged items.
If your package arrive and you are missing an item in an order, that is an easy fix, I will send you a replacement right away (if there is one). If a replacement is not available, I will send you a comparable item (in which I will convo you first before I ship it out). And you DO NOT have to pay extra shipping. I will pay for the shipping if it is my fault.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGED MY MIND ON AN ITEM?
If you changed your mind on an item, we are sorry but our policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. But you can always exchange the item for another one; however buyers are responsible for all shipping charges (back to us, and for us to send the exchanged item/s back to you). This means that if you want to pick and choose USING IMAGES FROM MY SHOP, there is a minimum order of 25 pcs. But you can have a mix and match of images.
DUE TO MY HECTIC SCHEDULE, I CAN NO LONGER SERVICE CUSTOM IMAGE ORDERS LESS THAN $25 (before shipping & tax). Custom Image Orders are orders that require me to do digital work, digital enhancement, using your images NOT from my shop, etc... Custom order takes longer for me to make and I do not charge a custom fee so if the order is too small, I will be loosing money. You are only paying for the product costs. And you get a free digital proof of what your items will look like when it is finished.
Even if you are supplying me with the images, I will have to digitally set all of the images so that the colors come out good on my equipments and materials. And all images have to be individually sized so that it will correctly fit in the cameos.

CUSTOM ORDERS USING IMAGES FROM MY SHOP COLLECTIONS:
please provide for me a list of the following so that it will make it easier for me to fill your order. I have so many images that if you do not do this, I will a mistake with your selections.
1. Please provide the FULL url/ web address of the collection that you want the image from. NOT just the title of the images.
2. From each collection, please give me the number next to the images that you want. If a collection is not labeled with numbers, please use the following as reference:
Top row: 1, 2, 3
Bottom row: 4, 5, 6
3. Please let me know the NUMBER OF COPIES that you want for each images.
4. Please let me know the SIZE that you want.
Minimum 6pcs per size difference.
And if you are ordering from a set of 25pcs, all sizes must be the same to get the bulk discount.

If the images are your personal (family photos, business logos, etc... that you hold the rights to, I will only use those to complete your project and you have exclusive rights on those images. I will NOT use these images for products that I sell in my shop.
If the images are public access images, or similar to the themes/genres of the other images that I carry in my shop, then I cannot guarantee you exclusive on those images. Because you do not hold the rights to them. They are public access. And I may or may not use these for products that I sell in my shop. I have thousands of images in my collection of images. So if your image is public access, I probably already have these images in my collection. And if you don't see it in my shop, it is because I can only list so many products in a day and I have not gotten to it. And the same images may be listed in my shop in the future. And I wanted to make this clear before hand so that there will be no misunderstanding or disagreement going forward.
