Amber belongs to a small class of organic gems, neither a crystal nor a mineral, but a biological product of nature, a protective resin that oozed from living trees in dense, prehistoric forests and fossilized over millions of years. It is highly prized in the metaphysical world for its energetic and healing properties, and for the marvellous Life Force it carries. Amber holds a strong connection to the sun and earth, as well as the once living insects, organisms and plant matter that are forever suspended within its golden structure. It attunes to ancient wisdom and can be a powerful tool for past life recall, or for stimulating the remembrance of genetic lessons and experiences passed down from one’s ancestors. Yes! Our new policy is to ship items at their cheapest rate that INCLUDES TRACKING. Packages will also arrive much FASTER with this upgraded shipping! To accommodate the addition of a tracking number we have increased our estimated shipping prices by a few dollars to ensure you get a shipping option that sees your package safely to your door. You will be refunded any excess you may have paid in shipping once your item is packed up. If you'd like a cheaper option without tracking (not recommended), please message us before or immediately after placing your order. Thank you!

Yes! Our policy is as follows: We will hold items upon request for up to one month with a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be 30% of the price of your chosen item(s). That 30% will be deducted from the price of the item(s) when you are ready to make your purchase. The deposit is non-refundable, should you change your mind and decide not to take the item(s). Please send us a message with your "Hold Request" and a photo or link to the item(s) in question, we will instruct you from there. Thank you!

Absolutely! We are very happy to accommodate this. Simply place your orders separately and send us a message on either platform letting us know that you would like to combine shipping. We will refund you any excess shipping you have paid immediately after processing your order. I f this isn't something you are comfortable with, no problem! Please just send us a message, with a screen shot of BOTH your shopping carts before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We LOVE gift wrapping your crystals! We offer gift wrapping on most items for a few dollars extra. If you are buying a large item as a gift, those are harder to wrap (please contact us), but small items are no problem! For gifts, we neatly wrap your items in tissue and a unique, vibrant hand made silk bag. We also add a property card for each stone, and you may add a message to be printed, or hand written by one of us! If it's your *first* order, don't worry about adding gift wrap on, we like you so much we will wrap that order for free. :)

In a way, yes, however they are only stock photos until we run out of that batch. If the next batch isn't exactly like the last, which is usually the case, we happily take new accurate photos! We try our very best to always represent our crystals as accurately as possible so you know what you're getting when you choose to buy from us. :) If you want to see a little more of a particular crystal, feel free to send us a message and we will do our best to give you a better look!
