Most small items under $100 can be shipped with another item for an additional $0.99.
We use Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation on all packages. We insure shipments, usually online with either Insurepost or U-PIC. Most sterling silver items will be individually bagged before shipment in special polyurethane zip-lock baggies to prevent tarnish. We want you to feel thrilled with your purchase!
Please note that we don't take orders by phone; we accept credit card payments and PayPal through the online checkout process. Payment is due at the time of sale.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
On items where the price has been negotiated with an individual customer, the sale is final and no refunds will be given.
Authorized returns: Return Authorization via Etsy convo is required within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return anything. Any item can be returned as long as it has not been used, damaged, or altered. Refunds are issued after we receive the return and are able to inspect it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All sales become final 72 hours after delivery, and from that time items are non-returnable.
The item must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the product, insured and postage paid by the buyer.
The buyer is always responsible for shipping charges both ways, even if originally shipped for free to the buyer. Refunds will reflect.
When a coupon is used, the amount of the refund will be prorated.
Unauthorized returns, unclaimed packages, and refused packages will not be refunded since such actions are violations of federal consumer law and a breach of the sales contract.
Cancellations: we don't accept cancellation requests. Etsy has closed shops for cancellations, because they suspect fee avoidance.
Damage in shipment: Damage and loss are covered by the shipping insurance; if you do not wish to cooperate with filing a claim, then you are agreeing not to hold us responsible for damage or loss and to bear the loss yourself.
We reserve the right to change these policies at any time.
