The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I am happy to refund if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your items. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND No problem. Simply send back your order and I'd be happy to refund once I receive the item(s) back in the original saleable condition.
Refunds on custom items. If the buyer makes an error with the personalisation and the order has been made, a refund cannot be given.
A full refund can be given if the order hasn't been started.
MY TRACKED PARCEL SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT It's not unusual for delivery people to forget or simply not leave a card to say they called but couldn't get an answer. Be sure to check at your local post office/depot before contacting me if your tracking states that it has been delivered.
