I ALWAYS, ALWAYS refund excess shipping. If you are purchasing several small items (lace, postcards, etc) the Etsy system charges postage on each item. Please be assured that if you are only purchasing small items I will ship EVERYTHING in one package. Also, the system will charge you for Priority Mail service. Personally, I do not feel that you need Priority service unless it is a heavy or bulky item. Regular mail is usually as fast as Priority. Just leave me a note on your order that you prefer Regular mail. If you do not leave me a note asking for Regular mail I will assume that you do want it shipped Priority. As soon as I know what the actual cost is I will refund the excess to you.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
