I process orders Monday through Friday. Most items ship within 72 hours of payment clearing, while some may take a bit longer (excluding weekends, holidays, and special circumstances). Please look at the bottom of each listing to see the maximum shipping times. If you need your package more quickly, please notify me before you purchase an item so that I can offer you other, faster, mailing options.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: I ship using USPS First Class Mail which usually takes somewhere between 3-10 business days for delivery, though it can take longer. Within the U.S. all jewelry items are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Insurance is included free of charge for orders over $25.00.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please contact me before placing an order if you are in need of expedited shipping. I offer USPS 2-3 day Priority and Next Day Express for an additional fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I am happy to ship your package Internationally; these rates can be found at the bottom of each item listing. I apologize, but First Class International Shipments cannot be covered by Insurance. Buyers are responsible for all customs charges that may apply upon receipt of their packages, so please be aware of your country's rules and regulations prior to placing an order. I apologize but I cannot mark an item as a gift on the custom's forms. International Orders cannot be returned or exchanged. In general, International Orders take several weeks to arrive at their destination. Please keep this time frame in mind when placing your order as I have no control over how long it takes for an international package to arrive via your country's postal system.
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES: If you are purchasing multiple items and need them shipped to various different addresses, please purchase each item separately. This will avoid confusion and make sure that each item is mailed to the correct address.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
More than anything, I want you to be happy with your new jewelry. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 business days from when you received your item and you can choose to receive either:
1. An immediate exchange of your jewelry for an item equal to the value of your return (minus shipping costs).
2. A store credit for future use equal to the value of your return (minus shipping costs).
All returned items must be unworn/unused and wrapped in their original packaging.
All overstcok clearnace items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
All additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. If not contacted after 3 business days from receipt, all sales are final.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges cannot be accepted for Custom Orders or International Orders.

All of our items are handmade and pieces may vary slightly from photo. Gem quality may also vary slightly, but if there are any obvious natural inclusions, we do include this in our descriptions and update our photos so there are no surprises when you receive your item
Jewelry Care: Our jewelry are handmade and delicate. Please handle with care, wear them often, and store them away properly in a small plastic bag to prevent the metals from tarnishing. Also keep your jewels away from water/soaps/chemicals.
Caring for sterling silver jewelry: Sterling silver is a precious metal and will naturally tarnish when it is exposed to oxygen. To keep its shine, keep it in an air tight plastic zippy bag when you are not wearing it. Or, if it is already tarnishing, simply use a polishing cloth / dip it into a sterling silver cleaning solution.
Caring for vermeil gold and gold plated jewelry: Our vermeil gold has a base layer of sterling silver with a 18KT gold plating. It is suitable for everyday wear, but like with many fine jewelry, please keep it away from soaps and chemicals to prevent the gold plating from fading. For our plated items and tarnish reisstant items, please keep away from soaps, checmicals and water ofcourse. However please do expect that over time there will be tarnishing.
Caring for gemstones: Keep your semi-precious gemstone jewelry separate from diamond jewelry. Diamonds are the hardest stones and if they come into contact with softer stones, they may cause scratches and marks.
