"I LOVE MY GRANDPARENTS" picture frame personalized with name. "GRANPARENTS" can be replaced with another name. Frame comes in a variety of colors. Solid wood with hand painted sides and back in a coordinating color. Shown in 3.5"x3.5" in frame color #24 Distressed Gray.

You must write all color selections and wording personalization in the notes to seller section at order placement. First add the frame to your shopping cart, then you will see the notes section to write in.

HOLIDAY ORNAMENT ORDERS shipped within the United States will ship standard First Class 3-5 day mail or you may choose to upgrade at check out to Priority Mail 2-3 days. We cannot accept a return/exchange for an item made incorrectly due to the customer providing us with the wrong information.

CUSTOM ORDERING - If you place an order from a frame listing in our shop but want to make changes to the wording that is shown on the frame, you must write very detailed instructions on what changes you want made in the notes to seller section at check out. It is your responsibility to tell us what words to remove from the frame that are currently shown, and what words to add. Your frame comes with the wording that is shown on the frame listing you order from. If you want what is shown to be changed or removed, you are required to tell us that in the notes to seller section at order placement.

If you are customizing your order to include a different frame color and a different ribbon color than what is shown in the listing photo, please be sure to include the frame color name/number and ribbon color name/number in the "Notes to seller section" upon check out. Both the name and number is required. If you do not include both the names and numbers and your information to us is unclear, your order may be delayed and ship later than the current lead times displayed.

We do not honor cancellation requests unless you contact us within 15 minutes of order placement.

We may not be able to honor any changes to your order that you email to us after an order is placed. We start processing your order right away, so often times changes cannot be honored.

Please do not place an order until you have decided on all your colors and wording.
