All of our items are packaged carefully, and have tracking included in the shipping price. You will receive a notice from ETSY when your item ships and the tracking number.
We ship out our items on a daily basis, as soon as your items is finished and packaged, then it will ship the next business day.
When placing an order you need within a certain time frame, please allow 10 days for your order to be completed, packaged and shipping time, unless otherwise discussed.

We accept all forms of payment right through the ETSY shopping cart system.
Cancellation: You can cancel an order (usually) in the first 12 hours after payment has been made. Once your item has been packaged and the postage is purchased, you cannot be refunded that part of the transaction. *One of a Kind items, that are ready to ship, may be packaged and postage purchased within 2 hours.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All of our items are packaged with care, and include tracking and insurance.
We do not accept returns, if your item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company, and they can issue a refund for any damaged items.
