I am rather new to working with wool, but am absolutely in love with how quickly a finished piece can come together in comparison to my usual textile medium of cross-stitch.
Last December I had a pretty specific picture in my mind of an appliqued wall hanging that I wanted to make for my kitchen. I searched and searched online for a pattern that fit the bill, and found nothing close. Determined, I did a little doodling, dug into my tote of woolens, and this Partridge is what I came up with.
This design is quite primitively pieced and stitched, and the pattern assumes that you already know how to do applique with wool.
Included in this pattern booklet are full-size, ready to cut out template pieces, a line drawing to help you with piece placement, and some basic instructions.
All of my patterns come with a color photograph, & my recommendations for necessary materials. It will arrive in a plastic zip-close envelope for safe keeping.
