I always ship to the address provided on the account details unless given alternative information.
When I send my products I provide a tracking number for the package. In the case of lost, damaged or undelivered goods, I'll resend your order within seven business days of you notifying me. I might need evidence of damaged goods. I unfortunately cannot be held responsible for the post office but I am of course, happy to work with you if issues arise.
I send my products from the USA. If you’re outside the USA you may incur additional customs charges on receipt of your project.
Custom stationery requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before we can confirm our availability. All products are final sale. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, contact me immediately so I can do my best to assist you!

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
The 50% deposit for custom projects is non-refundable. Due to the nature of this being a small business, we do not accept returns on anything custom or personalized.
For custom orders, please contact me as soon as possible. Custom projects vary greatly in length depending on the complexity of each project. I have an approximate 8-10 week lead time depending on the details of each project.
