All designs have a white border around the image and are die cut (machine cut). •Dimensions are by height, in inches. •If desired, my stickers, decals, and magnets are easily trimmable with scissors. •I create and ship quickly, using USPS 1st Class Mail with Tracking!

FAQs

I love making custom pieces for customers! New ideas are always so much fun. For custom work, payment must be made in full before I begin any work. Customer approval will be requested before a custom item is shipped. If customer does not reply with approval within 24 hours from the request, the custom work will be shipped without final review. Custom items are not refundable/nor returnable. My items are sold as described in the listing. Extra items that a customer would like changed or added (custom label, bails added to bottle only purchases, different potion color, etc.) is a custom request. Click the custom request button and let me know what you have in mind. I'll reply with a cost and timeline.

Sizes of all items (potion bottle, corks, pendants, earrings, necklaces, etc.) are provided in the listing via written word and photos. Sizes are provided in millimeters, as that is the most accurate. Millimeters are most commonly the smallest measurement on an average U.S. ruler. 18 millimeters is roughly the size of a U. S. Dime. Customers can easily log onto Goggle and query the size from millimeters into centimeters and inches (and vice versa).

DAMAGES Please inspect items as soon as delivered. My items never ship damaged. Therefore, if anything arrives damaged, contact me via Etsy, within 3 days of delivery. To ensure a speedier service, please include a photo of the damage, packaging, the box showing damage and the shipping label. If damage isn't clear, I may request additional photos. Refunds/replacements will not be provided without the above photos. Insurance claim rules: All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of a refund or replacement.

Packages are shipped to the address located on customers invoice. USPS suggestions may apply. Address is the responsibility of the customer. Please make certain your address is correct. If customer has moved/has address issues: once a package is recorded as shipped, customer needs to contact USPS to reroute or hold the package. If customer has USPS delivery issues, customer needs to resolve that with their local Post Office. Potion Shoppe is not responsible for packages shipped to customer's address & returned from USPS as Address not known, moved, not deliverable as addressed, etc. These packages can be reshipped when customer asks and pays for an additonal reshipping invoice. Refunds, less shipping, are case by case.

For proper care of your jewelry pieces from the Potion Shoppe: • Remove before bathing or swimming. • Store the potion bottle upright. • Do not swing bottle by the necklace. • Do not store in direct sunlight. • To prevent leakage and potion evaporation, do not break the cork seal by removing it from the bottle. • Polish pieces occasionally to prevent dulling or oxidizing. * The potion bottle cork is natural, it will absorb some of the potion through out time.

Buyers will receive an email with the tracking/Customs number when the package has shipped. Tracking/Customs number is also located in the Buyer's online receipt/invoice. To check the ship date, click on "Purchases and Reviews" under Buyer profile in Buyer's Etsy account and click "View Receipt". Click or scroll down to "Package Details" https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases Packages are mailed through my mailbox or USPS' mail box, Monday - Friday, 9am - 10pm. USPS can take up to 48 hours to update tracking information.

* Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. * Customer return shipping will be via a trackable carrier (USPS First Class w/tracking, Fed Ex, UPS, etc). Insurance is recommended. * If returned item is received damaged, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Loss in value will be deducted from the refund amount. * Buyer will ship a return with the original packaging and use a bubble mailer or box. * If an item is damaged/altered by the Buyer, there are no refunds/returns. * Custom orders are not available for returns nor refunds (all work is approved by customer before shipping). * Refunds aren't provided for customer negligence. If a purchase needs to be returned due to an error I made, I will take full responsibility.

The natural cork adds between 0-5mm (approximately) in height to the potion bottles. The cork (regardless of the potion bottle size) can sit "higher" or "lower" than what is photographed and shown in listings. The difference in height is how the supplier has made the cork. Some of the corks need to sit "lower" in the bottle for a tight fit and some sit "higher" for a tight fit. If the positioning of the cork makes a difference to a buyer, I do have the custom order tab available in all listings, just ask and I'll see what I can do for you. Over time, the natural cork may soak up some potion, especially if left lying on its side.

All metals (necklaces, pendants, rings, etc.) for sale in the KF Potion Shoppe can tarnish, oxidize, patina, rust, and cause skin discolorations. This has nothing to do with the quality of the metal and everything to do with moisture (including humidity) that the metal has come in contact with, exposed to, and the customer's skin sensitivity. Clean/polish with a soft cloth to continue its shine. Store in a humidity free container to avoid discoloration.

Stolen/"lost" packages: When a package is recorded as Delivered via USPS.com tracking, it will be considered delivered. KF Potion Shoppe/Potion Shoppe/KF Potions/Kuerwynn Forest is not responsible nor will be held liable for stolen/"lost" packages. USPS recommends customers contact their local post office to report stolen packages and complete the Federal Theft Affidavit. While the Potion Shoppe always strives for greast customer service, customers must be proactive in locating their stolen pckages with their local Post Office.
