My preferred method for shipping is with the U.S. Postal Service. Items weighing 13 ounces or less will usually be shipped via First-Class Mail (US), international orders with USPS First Class International Mail and all others through Priority Mail. In most cases, I will provide a tracking number when available. Also note that any additional duties, fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. mandated by a country's local customs agency is the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not request that the item be sent as a gift to avoid paying additional fees and taxes. If unsure about your local customs laws, please research these possible expenses including prohibitions before ordering.
For PayPal and credit card payments, I will ship your item(s) within 1-3 days of payment. Items purchased on Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. Federal holidays will be shipped the following workday. Delivery of items paid with personal checks and money orders may take longer since payment needs to clear before item(s) are shipped. Thanks in advance for your patience.
If there are any special instructions such as shipping to a different address or name other than the one confirmed through PayPal or your credit card, please let me know in the buyer notes to assist me in making sure that your package arrives at the right location.
Also, I will only include a gift receipt which does not include the purchase price for those of you who are giving the item(s) as a gift.

Can you engrave images, names, or words onto your products?
Although it is something I am interested in doing, I currently do not have the equipment necessary to do engravings at this time.
Do you sell your products at wholesale prices or work on consignment?
Since I am a one-person operation, I prefer to sell my products as is with the occasional sale or discount within the shop.
Are the items pictured the exact item that I will receive?
With the exception of the parts and refill items, all handcrafted works in my shop are individually photographed and will be the exact item shipped to you.
I noticed that your shop no longer ships everywhere worldwide. Why?
Although it pains me greatly to cut back on my shipping options, the increased costs, unreliable carriers, as well as time needed addressing international shipping logistics has forced me to reconsider where to focus my time in my one-man operation. This choice was primarily made as a business decision. To my loyal affected international buyers, thank you so much for your support and perhaps my shop may open up once again to more international shipping in the future.
How do I clean my secret compartment key chain or pill holder interior without ruining the outer finish?
First of all, please NEVER submerge your wooden objects under water or use harsh cleaning chemicals to clean it. Wood is like a sponge and will not only hold water for long periods but, may crack during the drying process depending on the external conditions. Although no specific cleaning instructions are given from the makers of the hardware kits that I use, I often use a simple cleaning method that works beautifully. I dip one end of a cotton swab (Q-Tip) into a bottle of isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and gently and carefully (please try hard not to get it onto the outer surface for it may remove the wax finish) rub the inside of the cylinder until no residue is on the tip. I perform this on each and every key chain before it leaves my shop and into your home.
