If the item is to be returned to us, please send us an email with a photo of proof of postage when you send back the item. Please note - refunds are not available 7 days after the item has arrived.

Once an item leaves us we take no responsibility of lost or damaged items during posting - this must be taken up with the Post Office.

Do not submerge items in water - unless stared as dishwasher safe - or cover in perfumes as will cause damage, dis-colouring and will reduced the longevity of said items.
