Orders are processed and shipped within 1-7 business days of your order. Please see individual listings for processing times. I ship First Class, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Orders $250 or more after shipping charges will require signature confirmation for U.S. customers.
International Customers: I will gladly ship internationally, but I am not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial US postage. These fees could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers/post office. I will have no knowledge if packages will get tagged for fees and how much the cost will be as a result. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. You are responsible for knowing and accepting your country's regulations and all related fees on international purchases.
In case you want your order to be shipped to a different address than the one listed on your Etsy account, please let me know. Your order must be cancelled and repurchased with the correct shipping address.
Unfortunately, I’m not responsible if an item goes to the wrong address that was provided and I cannot replace the item if this happens. I will go through the proper channels to find your package. However, If the item comes back to me, I will send it to a corrected address after new postage has been paid.
Full payment is needed before your order is processed. SweetYaharah accepts PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards, and Payments through Direct Checkout.
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped to you, please contact me and I will issue a full refund, including shipping charges. If your items have already been shipped, simply mark the package "Refused". Once I have received the returned item and verified that it is still in its original condition I will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping charge. I understand that USPS will only allow "Refused" if the package is unopened.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please notify me within 7 days of receipt of package so we can discuss options. If contacted after this time period, I may be limited in what I can do to remedy any issues.
All returns must be sent with all original packaging materials, in unused condition and postmarked back within 14 days of me responding to your contact message.
I will be happy to exchange it for something of equal value, or payment of the purchase price difference, OR issue a refund for the cost of the item only.
I may not honor full or any refunds/exchanges/store credits for any merchandise that is postmarked back to me after 14 days of me responding to your contact message, has been used, and/or is not sent with all original packaging materials.
Please note you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of returning the merchandise to me.

Your item arrived damaged? Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of package. Please include all details and photo proof of the damage so we can discuss terms up to fully refunding you the purchase price and original shipping cost, or repair the item for free, or give you a store credit for a future purchase.
If I am repairing the item, there will be no additional charge other than the cost of shipping the item back to me. For your protection, I suggest you send your return with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
If you want me to hold or reserve an item for you, feel free to send me a message and tell me which item you would like to be held. I can hold the item for 5 days.
Please note that Vintage items are sold in "as is" condition. They are not brand new items and have their own history. All known and researched information will be provided in listing descriptions.
My vintage items are rated as follows: Mint - Looks like its never been worn. Excellent - Minor evidence of age, use and/or wear. Very Good - Some visible wear upon close inspection. Good - Definite signs of wear.
Vintage items are not cleaned unless stated in the listing description.
Do your best to keep the jewelry away from heat and water. It should stay dry and not be worn while showering, swimming, workouts, etc. to avoid any damage.
Only use a soft, dry, and untreated piece of cloth to clean your jewelry. Poor care or handling may damage the jewelry. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for this and cannot issue a refund.
Keep in mind that monitors/devices display colors differently and every stone/crystal/bead could look slightly different than in the picture.
