Once you pay for your item, as far as Im concerned, it belongs to you now. So, I treat it accordingly, it will be packed securely. If there is a problem, contact me and we will work it out. Once a package is shipped, it is out of my control unfortunately, you will receive a tracking number so you can watch your package while en route.
If you would like insurance, it is the buyers responsibility to ask and pay for it. Just contact me and let me know, before you buy the item.
International shipping- I ship through USPS, and they dont give the public any kind of shipping time frame for international delivery. I am so sorry about this, but once an item is shipped, I dont have any control over it. You will however receive a tracking number and you can watch your package while en route.
If you have a custom or reserved listing, please pay for it within 2 days. I have no problem waiting longer if we discuss it. If I dont hear from you, within 5 days. I will figure your not interested and deactivate the listing. I will write to you, and let you know what the situation is.
Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your really not happy with your purchase ,hopefully I can help, please convo me and we can discuss it. If that doesn't work, I will accept returns. The item can not be damaged in any way, in order for me to refund you the purchase price, minus shipping The shipping, to return your purchase, will be the buyers responcibility.
CUSTOM ORDERS- there might be a custom order fee depending on the item, and the time it takes to make. No refunds or exchanges for custom orders. If you would like something in large quantities please contact me and we can discuss it.
