• Items will typically ship within 3 days of purchase and will include tracking information. Contact me if you have special requirements.
• Shipping fees include packing materials, time, and travel as well as the actual cost of shipping, tracking, and insurance. Be sure the address is correct as items are shipped strictly to the address provided by Etsy at time of purchase. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
• Insurance is automatically included for the full purchase price.
• If a shipment is damaged by the Shipper, the Buyer agrees to work with the Seller to facilitate the filing of a claim with the Shipper (i.e. provide photos of damage to item and/or packaging). Once the claim is successfully settled with the Shipper, the Seller will refund the Buyer.
• If for any reason a shipment is returned to the Seller as undeliverable, when the shipment was correctly addressed using the one provided at time of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded minus original shipping costs, listing fees, and any postage due for returning the item. Shippers will typically attempt delivery 1-3 times before returning. If the Buyer still desires the returned item, Buyer can submit a new order with the correct address.
• If for any reason a shipment is delivered to an address other than the one provided at time of purchase (i.e. due to an active forwarding order) and as a consequence the item is "lost," then no refund will be given. The Buyer will be responsible for filing a claim with the Shipper to receive reimbursement.
• In general, the Seller will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control... when; 1.) the Buyer does not provide an accurate address; 2.) the Shipper loses or mis-delivers the package; 3.) the shipment is stolen after delivery. In these cases, because the item tracks as being "delivered," the Buyer must file a claim with the Shipper to be reimbursed.

Additional return information
• Return/refund requests are accepted on a case by case basis within 48 hours of item receipt. Listing may state when an item cannot be returned for refund.
• Buyer must contact Seller via Etsy Messaging for return authorization. Do not return an item without first contacting the Seller for approval as no refund will be given without authorization.
• In cases where Seller agrees to accept a return, items must be in their original condition including any and all original packaging, accessories, and manuals, when applicable.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping expense and MUST provide tracking information.
• Original shipping/handling will not be refunded*.
• If above conditions are met, the refund will be given within 5 days of receipt of return.
*At the discretion of the seller, under certain circumstances (i.e. an error in the listing, item(s) arrive damaged, received wrong item), other options may be available.

Photo colors displayed may vary from one monitor to another due to manufacturer settings or settings personalized by viewer. Assume the listing photo is "reasonably accurate," but may be slightly different from the actual item. If you're unsure about a color or dimension, please send a message and I will respond as quickly as possible.
I make a sincere effort to accurately describe an item and to note any imperfections found with vintage items. Most vintage items are used and are sold "as is"/non-returnable.
I will also list a hand-made item’s components in the description; for example, solid copper wire, silver or silver-filled, natural stone, Swarovski crystals, etc.
