All ribbon and supplies will ship according to the time-frame within each listing - these may vary so when ordering, bear that in mind. If for some reason this shipping time-frame changes, I will contact you.
Once an item is with the postal service, I no longer have control over your package. There is tracking provided for each order which will give you the same information I will have. Also, shipping times (once with postal service) may vary also due to postal holidays, and regional weather conditions, such as hurricanes, snow storms and other issues.

Additional return information
I work on orders all times of day, so once you place an order I may have already cut the ribbon or fabric. Once fabric or ribbon is cut, I cannot accept cancelled orders or returns -- this is to ensure I can provide the fabric and ribbon cut the way all my customers need it! Please be sure you want an item before placing the order. If there was an error with your order on my part, please message me so we can resolve it.

If you need more ribbon than is shown in stock, I can special order a specific quantity for you. I have access to a local distributor and can get massive quantities of some of the ribbon shown in my shop and so much more not shown at this time. Ask me and I am glad to assist you!
