Insurance is ALWAYS included with shipping and I'm happy to combine shipping when available.
If you live outside of the US I will be happy to give you a shipping quote. The buyer is responsible for ANY and ALL fees their country has implemented.
My shop is eco-friendly and I re-use and recycle my packing materials.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Your 100% satisfaction is important to me. Please let me know if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receiving your item. Item may be returned in unused condition and in it's original packaging.
I welcome custom orders with adult or inappropriate content. But if I find a word or quote too offensive, I will reserve the right NOT to print it.
