All our items are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class [unless stated or otherwise agreed before purchasing] which can take up to 5 working days within UK and 4 weeks to be delivered elsewhere, depending on the Country.
Customers can be provided with a standard Royal Mail proof of postage receipt, but with no specific tracking number. Receipt must be requested before shipping. If the customer asks to have the item before the listing/policies set times, 1st class or express shipping are avaiable at extra cost. Receipt with tracking number will be provided, in this case.

ChibiCherry wns a RoyalMail account, therefore parcels are left at the local post office to be recorded and shipped. From time to time, parcels dropped off might get recorded and shipped the next day.
ALL THE ORDERS BETWEEN 24TH DEC AND 1ST JAN WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE 2ND JAN. Royal Mail gets very busy during the holiday period and packages might get lost. If you'd like the order to be shipped anyway, we'll provide a proof of shipping and won't take any responsibility for loss or damage.

*ChibiCherry* will refund the cost of the original purchase only (not including shipping and restocking charges) or will issue a credit note to be used within 12months.
Any return shipping fees, including insurance, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
In case of item not received, ChibiCherry reserves the right to deny refunds if the customer didn't chose a trackable and insured shipping method.
Items purchased over $15.00 in price, will pay 15% restocking. Items purchased over $5.00 in price, will pay 25% restocking. Items purchased for $5.00 and under, will pay $1.00 per item restocking fee.
