Four vintage wood buttons with a charming hand-painted flower motif. These midnight-blue buttons date to the 1950s and were traditionally used for Dirndl dresses or hunting jackets in the Austrian and German Alpine mountains (like Heidi or the Sound of Music movie). They are in very good vintage condition with vibrant colors.
Also great for sewing, craft, leather or knitting projects. The buttons measure approx 3/4 in / 2 cen across.
You will receive four (4) buttons.
100% customer satisfaction is my goal but please note: the items in my shop are vintage and handmade which means they show light wear or imperfection. EVEN IN EXCELLENT CONDITION ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE ITEMS WILL SHOW SOME SIGNS OF WEAR AND USAGE. THEY ARE NOT NEW BUT HAVE BEEN OWNED AND LOVED BY SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE YOU WHICH IS EXACTLY WHY THEY ARE SO CHARMING AND SPECIAL. The colors shown can vary depending on your computer. I will try to give detailed descriptions and detailed photos, but if you are unsure, please contact me. I will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
All vintage items should be treated with utmost care when cleaning. I recommend doing a bit of research before attempting to use over the counter jewelry cleaners as they could damage vintage items.
