Standard Mail Option orders go out in 0-2 business days. We ALWAYS process as quick as we can. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Priority Mail Option and Express Option orders normally go out same or next day depending on the time they come in and our work load for that day.
We ship Monday through Friday and many Saturdays. We ship from Illinois. First class, standard, shipping is normally 3-5 days and Priority is normally 2-3 days. Express is 1-2 days. We do not offer overnight.
STANDARD MAIL HAS NO INSURANCE AND NO REFUND FOR LOST PACKAGES. PRIORITY AND EXPRESS MAIL WILL BE INSURED AND REFUNDED IF LOST.
We cannot be responsible for any delivery delays caused by the postal system or weather - we have no control over a package once it leaves our building. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be e-mailed to you.
If you haven't received your package and the tracking says "Delivered" you can normally find it by searching your mail area, talking to neighbors and/or talking to your postal carrier. There is no action we can take on it and do not refund items marked as "Delivered"
IMPORTANT: Duty and import fees, as well as any taxes, are assessed by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the receiver. Please make sure you understand your country's import laws. If you have any special documentation requirements please let us know when placing your order. We will not falsify export documents by changing the amount of the order or marking a package as a "gift."
International packages sent back to us because of "Refusal" or "Fees not paid" will be refunded and will incur the cancellation/restocking fees of $1.00 plus .20 per item. Shipping will not be refunded.
ADDING TO ORDERS:
We CANNOT add to any order. We do not have access to charge your credit card or PayPal accounts- This is for customer protection.
If you need to put in a second order and combine let us know as soon as possible. Second shipping is partially refunded or used as an upgrade to Priority. If the first order has been packaged, the second order will be sent as is.
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Gift Cards and Kallyco Coupon codes. We do not take checks through the mail nor offer phone ordering.
PENDING PAYMENTS: These purchases will not be sent out until the payment has cleared as per Etsy Recommendations.
We DO NOT PRICE MATCH.
Returns & exchanges
We take pride in our products and hope you love them all! To avoid problems with ordering the wrong item, PLEASE read the item descriptions and ask any questions before you purchase. We do not check your order to make sure you order the "right" items. We have no idea what you need and what you may all ready have in stock at home. Mixed item orders are common and are not questioned.
Please unpack and check all of your items carefully as soon as you get your package. We sometimes pack items together for protection or to save space. Examine BEFORE you assemble your jewelry at home. Check for design compatibility, fit, sizing and defects before you use. We will NOT refund an item once it has been used.
USA RETURNS OF NON DEFECTIVE, CORRECT ORDER ITEMS:
1. Returns must be returned within 15 days of Delivery Date for a full refund of items. No exceptions. No Returns on Custom or Clearance items.
2. Items must by unused and in original condition.
3. Items that you don't like or don't work for your project can be returned for refunds within 15 days of delivery date at your cost for return shipping.
4. Items must be in full quantity to receive the full refund. Leather must be the full length sent to you uncut. Cut leather will not be refunded.
5. Returns will be adjusted for any discounts received. If the order required a minimum amount for a coupon and the returns put the order below the minimum, the coupon amount will be taken off of the returns.
MISSING ITEMS: Contact us within 15 days of delivery date with exact items missing and the order number. Absolutely no refund or replacement will be given after 15 days have passed since delivery.
We will package some smaller items and short pieces of leather in the same bag. This reduces the plastic we send out and keeps things more compact while shipping. Please check and empty all bags when looking for items.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping is not based on the amount of your order. Shipping is based on our averages and cover shipping, supplies and fees. We do not adjust shipping costs on a per order basis.
Orders are upgraded to Priority Mail only when customer chooses the Priority option at checkout or if the weight is over 16oz (USA). Custom orders may also be set for Priority shipping for insurance reasons. We may opt to upgrade 2 or more orders to Priority in lieu of refunding any shipping costs if weight deems it necessary.
We reserve the right to correct any listed prices that are wrong either before or after purchase. If you are affected, we will notify you of the mistake and either refund the item or send you a listing for the amount needed to deliver.
We have great coupons to help balance your costs. Coupons are found by clicking "read more" under our shop's feature photos.
Coupons are always made as visible as possible. To add a coupon during checkout, click on "Add to Cart". From your cart, on the right hand side under the credit card logos, click on the blue "Apply shop coupon" A box will appear to type in the coupon code, click "Apply". Coupons currently cannot be added when you choose the "Pay Now" option.
Coupon codes are based on a minimal spending amount. These amounts are calculated before shipping costs.
Coupons will not be added to orders that have been shipped.
Two or more orders total amount can be used to qualify for a coupon. Contact us for info.
CONVO'S AND ORDERS:
We always do our best to provide quality products and customer service. We have policies to keep business flowing and responses equal across the board.
We ship FIRST IN, FIRST OUT, with the exception of orders with PAID Priority or Express Shipping. Those will be at the front of the days orders.
We WILL NOT TOLERATE mean or nasty convo's. We will not do business with you if you cannot conduct yourself rationally.
Please understand that we have lives and family (children) outside of Etsy and do not work 24/7 or every weekend. We do not have a team of workers doing work for us. If we don't answer a question right away at night or on the weekends then please be patient. We take breaks too.
LEATHER: Due to the nature of genuine leather, it will occasionally have joins- either glued together pieces or tied together pieces. This is especially true with longer lengths. We do our best to send the best cuts of leather we have. Please check your leather carefully before cutting so you can optimize the leather for your bracelet lengths.
Colors can show different on computers and can vary from dye lot to dye lot: Spool to spool. They are never guaranteed other than the basic underlying color.
