All items are shipped first class USPS unless otherwise noted on the listing. I ship using Etsy shipping labels so you will get a tracking number. Feel free to request insurance on your package if you have had problems with lost packages in the past. I will add the cost of the insurance to the purchase price of your item. The mail system is outside my control. I can approximate delivery times, but I can not guarantee delivery unless you pay for Priority Express Delivery.
I ship items after payment is received. I accept payment by personal check, but I do not ship items until the check clears (which takes 3-14 days). Please contact me if you are paying by check or money order so I can keep an eye on the mail.
Any coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. I do not give refunds for coupons after you place an order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I do accept returns of unused items within 7 days of when your package was delivered for a 90% refund excluding the shipping charge. Please notify me prior to returning the package so I can watch for it in the mail. I will allow exchanges for a different size for non-personalized items for the cost of postage. I will accept order cancellations (as long as I have not already personalized your items), but DO NOT refund shipping charges to cover my cost of re-listing your items for sale. I can not accept returns of shirts when you order an atypical size (i.ei. 2nd birthday shirt on 4T or 12 months) or a custom color shirt.
I can not accept returns for personalized items unless there was an error on my part. I can offer a discount if you need a replacement item due to incorrectly spelling the name on the order.
I am open to custom orders or custom crib bedding requests.
