The tarts dough biscuits are freshly baked for every order and lovingly decorated with egg white icing glaze (Royal Icing) by hand. The biscuits are between 5 and 8 cm in size.
The biscuits are packed in a Zellophantütchen and can be kept for about 4 weeks.

The production of dough and icing takes place in controlled, hygienically flawless specialist factories, or gastronomy kitchens. The biscuits are decorated in an equally hygienic and controlled kitchen, which is approved for the production of foodstuffs.
