If purchasing within Australia, your item will either be sent via courier service or Australia Post, whichever option is cheaper based on your location.
I will refund any shipping overcharges, and the savings on postage will be passed back onto you.
I can ship to PO boxes, however this may incur extra charges. For example, if sending with Australia Post is more expensive than the courier option, and the amount of postage you've paid doesn't cover the costs. Shipping with Australia Post is generally more expensive than the courier option. But I will advise customers prior to shipment that there is a cheaper shipping option available.
If purchasing from overseas, your item will be send via Australia Post with tracking, which will then land in the destination country to be carried by your local postal service.
Your item can be tracking via the Australia Post website while it is in Australia, and once its arrives in the destination country you will be able to track your item with your local postal service.
International buyers are responsible for their countries VAT laws and customs taxes. As a buyer it is your responsibility to be aware of your countries incoming tax or VAT charges.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Upon receiving your Lush Succulents order, if you believe that it somehow varies from the online description we’ll gladly offer a full refund on the item within 14 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will only be issued once the piece has been returned to Lush Succulents in the exact same condition (original packaging, not damaged etc.) as when it was sent. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or exchange on homewares in cases where customers have simply changed their minds. So please, choose carefully.
If you receive your homewares purchase and find that they are damaged in any way, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
