It's big and comfortable to hold, focuses down to 0.6m (~2ft), and has a 1/4-1/250 shutter that goes down to 8 sec. in Bulb. There is a self-timer as well as a two-shot mode and a self-timer mode that takes two shots at different focal lengths in succession.
The least common and most convenient feature on this camera is the button, next to the shutter release, that instantly switches to maximum/minimum focal range. If you want to go wide quickly, there's no need to hold down the zoom button. Furthermore, full flash control ensures you won't be nuking anyone's eyesight in candid street photography.
All in all, this Pentax is a rugged and dependable compact, and its image quality should be excellent for a zoom. It's a cheap companion for street or party photography, but it will surely deliver. It runs on two CR123A batteries (not included).
The example on sale is in almost pristine condition and looks like it's hardly been used. All features work as they should but the camera has not been film tested. I will offer you a full refund if your pictures come back ill-exposed due to camera malfunction.
