If interested in more than one item, your package will be shipped Priority Mail (1-3 business days) for $2.50 per additional item (after base shipping fee of $4.90 for first item). International buyers pay $8 per additional item (after base fee of $22.50 for first item). If you'd prefer to have your individual item shipped Priority Mail, just shoot me a message prior to purchase and I will switch the shipping profile. Bundle & Save only applies to clothing & accessories.
TURNAROUND All pre-made orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm). Items made to order & custom orders ship within 5 business days.

ORDER TRACKING When your item(s) ships, the order will be updated with tracking information. International items are usually only tracked until they leave the U.S.
SHIPPING RATES The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate, based off of the destination country.
INTERNATIONAL If an order is being shipped outside of the United States, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions, it is encouraged that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Return policy: You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item & ship the return within 14 days of receiving it. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and I have not heard from you, unfortunately neither a refund or exchange can be offered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it (with tags). Refunds are not accepted on custom orders. To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return package.
REFUNDS (if applicable) If your refund is approved (according to the above guidelines) after acceptance, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank). Refunds not offered on denim scrap lots.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund, be sure to double check your bank account to assure that it has not been processed. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me.
EXCHANGES If you wish to exchange your item, please message me. Upon the return of the original purchased item, we can initiate the exchange process. Extra charges and delivery fees may apply.
SHIPPING Please message me for the return mailing address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of original and return shipping will not be included in your refund. If you are shipping an item or order over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that the returned item will be received (once it is shipped, it is out of both of our hands until it reaches its destination), and a tracking number provides proof that it was sent.
SIZE GUIDE The sizes of the shorts in the Golden Garb collection go by the measurement of a person’s waist that they will fit, in inches. This is the most accurate way to assure a good fit, due to the inconsistency of sizes between different brands. This measurement (such as 27) in the product’s title is NOT to be confused with the short's/garment's waist measurement, which can be different due to the fact that they may not sit right at your waist.
I highly recommend that you measure your waist when determining your size in the Golden Garb shop. Investing in a cheap tape measure from a craft store (or even taking the trip to use it in store) will save you time and money in the long run if you end up returning your shorts because they don’t fit.
Other notes: This sizing system is comparable to the brands of BDG (Urban Outfitters) & American Apparel.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WAIST Using measuring tape, measure the circumference around your waist (the narrowest point between your ribs and hips). This is usually about an inch above your belly button. Make sure you are relaxed (not breathing in). If you suck in, you will likely measure wrong and the size you order will be too small.
If measuring tape is not available to you, you can take something like a ribbon, repeat the step, and then measure the ribbon on a ruler or yard stick.
The measurement you get is the size you should search for on our store. For example, if your body’s waist measures 27 inches, then your size is 27W (W=waist), REGARDLESS of the short’s measurements.
CUSTOM ORDERS There will be a $20+ charge for custom orders to cover the cost of materials and extra time required to make the item, depending on the request. Not all custom orders may be achievable, but all requests will be reviewed and considered. When you request a custom order, include a link to the pair you would like customized, along with a message and photo examples of the design you would like added. If the design is achievable, I will add the custom order charge to the listing and reserve it for you.
FAQs "Why is there only one available size for each item on the Golden Garb shop?": Each of my items are vintage and one of a kind, so each item is only available in one quantity and only in the size listed in the description. The listing photos show the exact item you will receive, unless a custom order is requested.
